Always stay at this amazing place in Sigiriya when I visit. The staff helped me find great places to eat. Has everything I need, plus free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, and more. Can't wait to come back for my next holiday!

We loved everything about our stay here! The owners were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short tuk tuk ride away from the main restaurants and attractions. But what we really enjoyed was the fantastic breakfast. It was delicious and there was plenty of food to satisfy our hunger!

The only downside was that the wifi wasn't the best. Other than that, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel.

Stayed at an amazing place with the friendliest hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The wifi was the best we had in the country. The location was perfect, close to Sigiriya Rock and restaurants. The hosts even gave us a lift to the rock early in the morning, avoiding the crowds. The breakfast was incredible, the best we had during our entire trip. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in Sri Lanka.

our stay at sigiri regal residence exceeded all expectations. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our visit special. the food was delicious, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was quiet and peaceful. we would definitely stay here again!

limited breakfast options

As youngsters, we loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the lovely garden with small bungalows was a great place to relax. the owners were incredibly sweet and arranged everything we needed, from safari tours to transportation. Their tuk tuk service was a convenient way to explore the area. the breakfast was delicious and the best we had during our entire trip. English was spoken well by the owners.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

the owner and his family were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They spoke excellent English and were always available to assist us, whether it was organizing breakfast or arranging a trip to Polonnaruwa. the location of the guesthouse was perfect - close to Sigiriya and Lions Rock, yet peaceful and surrounded by a lovely garden. the room was clean and comfortable, with the owner keeping drinks cold for us in his fridge. the WiFi was excellent, with the router placed right outside our room. a delightful little place to visit.

The guesthouse was located in a calm area close to the center, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions easily. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with essential amenities such as AC, fan, and mosquito nets. The hosts were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of local dishes to choose from.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Christmas at this hotel was a blast! The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The location was great, with easy access to the main attractions and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. Plus, the Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home.

The limited dining options. While the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, there weren't many nearby restaurants to choose from for other meals.

Our best stay in Sri Lanka! The lovely family at Sigiri Regal Residence went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even drove me to the doctor when I fell ill, provided special herbs for tea, and got me medicine. The spacious room, big bathroom, and strong WiFi were a plus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sigiriya!
